Field Assistance & Reporting

Our team of account specialists will visit your site(s) on a pre-agreed frequency. During the visit, critical checks will be carried out on items such as the dishwasher(s), and all chemical dispensing equipment.


Full Service Reports

Reports on each visit are written, presented to the relevant Department Manager and a signature is requested to verify that the service has been carried out and that any points have been discussed. All reports are filed and can be electronically sent for your records.

In addition we are able to report on inventory consumption so chemical costs are tracked and presented at review meetings.

As new technology becomes available, we will keep you up to with date formulation improvements and new products.

Following our regular service your dedicated Account Manager will ensure equipment is working correctly and that correct processes are being adhered to.


Field Assistance & Training

A detailed service report of each area will be signed and emailed to the person in charge outlining any training completed, any issues and concerns addressed and any future requirements.

Reports for larger customers can be customised to ensure all appropriate areas of sites are highlighted and adequately serviced / reported on. We can also help with updating SOP’s for all cleaning areas.
