A high strength foaming cleaner combined with a quaternary-based sanitiser. Use with or without a foam gun for foaming applications to cleanse and sanitise. Ideal where large areas need to be cleaned at once.
Most general food plant foaming applications
Connect to foaming unit and adjust air/water pressure and detergent feed until the desired foam density is achieved. Cover surfaces and equipment with foam and allow 5-10 minutes for a full sanitising process to take effect.
For manual cleaning
Use at a ratio of 1:99 to 1:49 (1-2% soln, 10-20mls per litre) with potable water.
Under Good Practice Protocol based on accepted international research a 2% solution of this product diluted with potable water is recommended with liberal application on clean hard surfaces with a minimum contact time of 10 minutes. At this concentration the product provides 1000PPM ADBAC.
