Powerful concentrated manual dishwash with medium foam. Particularly effective in commercial kitchens for fatty dishes. Septic tank safe, when used as directed.
Manual sink washing application
Use at a ratio of 1:500 (0.25% soln, 25mls per 10ltrs) in warm potable water (more or less depending on soiling levels).
Dishes and equipment may be washed immediately or left to soak to improve results. May be rinsed prior to air or clean-towel drying.

This may be used for cleaning large processing rooms provided the room can be divided into distinct areas, no edible product or packaging material is present in the area during cleaning and there can be no possibility of contamination of product or packaging material as a result of cleaning. After using this compound, food contact surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before production starts.
